FAMILY
|
I was born in Trichur, the cultural capital of Kerala, a small, beautiful southern state in India. My father Chev. Prof. N.A. Ouseph, is a retired professor of English, St.Thomas College, Trichur. My mother, Mrs. Mary Joseph, is a retired teacher from Model Girls High School. Hey, don't think that they are living today on easy chairs. They are fully active like just-married couples in rearing up their children and also in social, ecclesial activities in Kerala.
I am the eldest of their children. I joined the seminary after my pre-university studies and became a priest in 1993. I served in two parishes in my Archdiocese of Trichur - Ollur and Palayoor. At present I am pursuing my doctoral studies in Christology in the Catholic University, Louvain, Belgium.
I have three brothers and one sister. My sister, Annie is married to Jose. Maria & Amala are their daughters. Joshy is a medical doctor, now following his P.G. studies. He is married to Seena who is also a dental doctor. Benny has a Masters Degree in Buisiness Administration and is teaching in Rajagiri College, Kalamassery. Denny is a student of Master's Degree in Buisiness Administration in Christ College, Bangalore.
